About the Artist...

My name is Linda Myers and I studied Fine Art at the University of Washington and the Art Center College of Design with an emphasis in painting, illustration and monoprinting. After receiving a Masters Degree in Education, I taught Visual Arts and Fine Arts to students of all ages in California and Washington. While in California, I led an art program for students with Autism.

My work has been exhibited in galleries and museums in the Pacific Northwest, including the Bellevue Art Museum, and in Japan. I’m also a published author of Art and Artists of 20th Century America, (Teacher Creative Resources).

My family and friends have encouraged me to turn my passion into a business and Your Wedding Painted is the result!

I hope you enjoy the work shown here and want you to know that your artwork will be painted with the same joy and care that you put into your special occasion.

You truly see the fun we had at our wedding in the painting you created of our cake. Everytime we look at it, we are reminded of the great time we had with our family and friends. Cheers!
